In a move to enhance administrative efficiency and digital competency, the National Institute of Geological Sciences (UP-NIGS) conducted a series of hands-on training sessions on Google Workspace tools for its Motorpool Team this quarter. The initiative aims to modernize workflow systems and improve communication and coordination across operational functions.
To make this initiative possible, Mr. Calvin Mark Arciga, Senior Technology/Development Management Aide, led the sessions, guiding participants through the features and functions of Google Workspace and aligning them with administrative and logistical processes to enhance operational efficiency.
The workshop started last 23 April 2025 and is scheduled every Tuesday and Friday from 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM.
