Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in organizing and managing library resources for research use;
- Provides support in maintaining research facilities, including laboratory and office spaces;
- Assists the Building Administrator in coordinating maintenance requests and facility upkeep;
- Helps with inventory management of research and facility resources;
- Assists in lifting materials, setting up equipment, and supporting air conditioning maintenance when needed; and
- Performs other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Director/Officer-in-Charge/Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- physically capable of assisting with lifting, facility upkeep, and air conditioning maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of library operations, research support, and inventory management
- Familiarity with database management is a plus
