Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducts inventory of all records in the Administrative Office;
- Assists in systematizing documents, including sorting, labeling folders, and filing;
- Assists in various administrative tasks such as encoding, printing, photocopying, scanning, and collating;
- Processes submitted travel and fieldwork documents; and
- Performs other tasks and duties assigned by the Director/Officer-in-Charge/Supervisor.
Requirements
- Letter of Application addressed to Dr. Noelynna T. Ramos, OIC-Director
- Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017) with signature and recent photo taken within the last six (6) months
- Diploma, Transcript of Records (TOR), and Certificate/s of training attended
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Must have good writing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Has knowledge in Database Management
