Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing motorpool requests and related administrative documents, including monitoring request, preparing and filing documents, maintaining accurate records of trips and vehicle usage, and disseminating relevant information via email.
- Assist in conducting inventories of property accountabilities by recording item details such as description, serial numbers, and designated locations. Verify entries acquisitions, disposals, and transfers to ensure the inventory database is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in digitizing and organizing administrative files and records, including property documents, motorpool records, and records of trips and field activities, to ensure systematic storage, easy access, and proper documentation for audit and QA purposes
- Performs other tasks and duties assigned by the Director/Officer-in-Charge/Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
- At least 1 year relevant experience
- Must have good writing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Has knowledge in Database Management
